We’re constantly looking for new opportunities to improve our products by proactively responding to industry trends, so when our customers needed to address ergonomic issues related to fastener installation our product development team responded with an “ergonomically friendly” line of engineered fasteners. Like this Hydro-Nut with low insertion force, which reduces the effort required during installation to 10 lbs (or less) without sacrificing strength or pull-out forces.
IMPROVED NVH PERFORMANCE
The leg member of the fastener is designed to flex during bolt installation, which provides additional clamping load to the bottom of the panel and ensures a rattle-free assembly.
